I’m Izma.

I build bridges between analog and digital, systems and stories, brands and people. Bringing together visual design, user research, technical fluency, and craft, I build products, spaces, and stories. I use design to answer big questions and craft beautiful things.

I start by listening—really listening—to the people who will use or be affected by a project. That can be community members, stakeholders, or teammates. I try to understand their needs, what’s at stake, and the constraints they’re working within.

From there, I help make sense of complexity. I organize research, stories, and data into clear principles, frameworks, and visual systems that guide design decisions without taking away agency from the people involved. I focus on how people experience and navigate information, and how design can make systems legible and usable. I stay involved from start to finish, balancing practical constraints with long-term impact, and I care about leaving tools, systems, and teams stronger than when I started.

I love …

Designing visuals, type, packaging, logos, iconography, branding, visual identity

Launching digital products, physical products, branding campaigns

Learning through interviewing, needfinding
